Costing £85 million and measuring
85 metres in height, the Obel Tower super
structure when completed is set to dominate
the Belfast skyline and will overtake the
current tallest skyscraper in Ireland. The
obelisk shaped structure will contain 28
floors of 282 residential apartments with
residents set to enjoy stunning views
across Belfast.
The project was selected by Constructing
Excellence in NI as a demonstration of
Design Quality using Modern Methods of
Construction. With many innovations being
demonstrated, Unitrunk worked closely with
the contractor to develop cable trunking and
tray that assisted in running cabling through
confined spaces. Unitrunk are proud to
be part of local history in providing a
complete cable management solution for
what is set to be one of Belfast’s most iconic
developments.
