Selecting a manufacturer

Click on the manufacturer name or the button next to it to view the manufacturer selection window.
Where applicable up to three Trade prices may be shown. is for quantities less than , for
quantities between and , and for quantities greater than For items without a split-pack
price only one Trade price is shown.
The column shows a default install time for each item (not always provided), and the column
shows a for discontinued items, which are displayed in purple.

Browsing A Catalogue
View the manufacturer

Search the database for
a catalogue number or
description
Switch between
showing the data only or

Add the highlighted item
to the active Quote,
Order, Kit or Local
Database
Allow you to set install times for any
group of items
Print the manufacturer data currently
shown. You can select a range of
pages to print by clicking the Printer
Setup button on the Preview
(spanner on printer symbol)
Allow you to set supplier discounts for any group
of items
If the box is ticked you can use the drop down button
to select an External Discounts File that has been
created for you by a Wholesaler. (See
for more information about
this feature)
If the box is un-ticked your own discounts setup is
used.
Using
External Discount Files
Export the manufacturer data into
PDF/ Excel / CSV / Text format
All the text information will be printed
on a single page, together with the
item description, info line product
image.
