Setting Up Wholesaler
Discounts
Highlight an item under the Catalogues tab for which you wish to set up discounts and click the % button to
display the discounts setup window.
The supplier discounts are linked to the
. Please note items with the same Cat
Number will get the same discount even if they are not in the selected groups.
The right window displays all your suppliers and their details, such as contact name, address, telephone, fax
etc. Some examples have been entered which you can customise. This list is in alphabetical order according
to
. As you move to the right the screen scrolls to show more information. New suppliers are
automatically moved to their correct alphabetical position according to abbreviation.

Assign a discount to
each of the suppliers in
the discount list. Double-
click on one or click the
Set As Default Discount
button to set it as default
(shown in red)

Choose how you wish to
apply the discounts by
selecting one of the
options

Click the Apply button
When you exit this window move to other
Main and Sub Index sections of the
catalogue and click the % button to set up
the discounts in other sections
