Step 2
Choose if you want a Header, Footer
or Cover Page. These can be created
through the Header/Footer & Cover
page tabs.
You can also choose whether to
display the carriage and Vat, and to
enter a value for carriage

Click here to edit the Order
heading.
Step 3
Choose how to view your
order here. You can choose
between printing, previewing
or to export as an acrobat file.
If you want to print on letter
headed paper make sure the
Include header option is un-ticked
and adjust your margins here
