We recognise the importance
of making it easier to identify
our products through our
ordering guides and part
numbering system
To support our eControl philosophy and improve our ease to do business with we have now rolled out an
initiative to simplify ordering our products. To support this we are listing all of our indoor and outdoor
luminaires with an alpha numeric catalogue number in addition to the SAP code and SAP description.
The benefits of this initiative are:
• Easily identifiable part numbers by product range
• Clear and consistent logic across indoor and outdoor product offers
• Orders into our business can now be accepted for all products using a catalogue reference number
• Simplified order placement and processing
• Reduction in order complexity and potential ordering errors
